Growth at dirt cheap Prices (GADCP) Martih Whitman

GADCP

is growth at dirt cheap prices.

Berasal dari pengalamannya Martih Whitman salah seorang legendaris dari value investing.

MW: There are four elements to getting growth at dirt cheap prices.
MW: Three is easy
MW: one, we dont acquire common stocks unless the company has a super strong financial position which is pretty easy to ascertain from documents
MW: Two, we only buy into those companies when they're selling at very, very subtansial discounts. 20 - 30%of readily ascentainable net assets value where readily ascentainable is not rocket science, (its like) like income producing real estate, like investment companies. We are owning marketable securities
MW: Third is we are not going to be involved in common stock investments unless the company involved provided full comprehensive disclosure including audited statements and is traded on markets where regulations are very protective of minority shareholders.
MW: Four, i'd like these companies to grow at least 10% per year compounded (total return including dividend).
